Title Parcel returned to senders

Hi there,


My order date is 2017-01-05 and my order number is [20170105-0000628].

The parcel was shipped and I received a note saying that I have to take the parcel at the Australian Post Office by 23rd January 2017 or it will be returned to sender.

I was overseas at that time and I thought the parcel will be shipped directly to my house, not me having to go to the post office to take it.

I am back and I contacted the post office and they said the parcel was returned to the sender already.

They told me to tell you to resend the parcel.

So can you kindly resend the parcel to the address I put in the order.
